Great hotel, located in the center of Waikiki. I would recommend the rooms with balcony. The parking lots in the International Market Place are very spacious. The beds are comfortable. If I come back to Waikiki, I would choose the Pearl Hotel again.

It was unhygienically dirty when we arrived. It smelt like wet dog the sofa didnt work. The sofa smelt bad with stains. The stove didnt work. The air conditioning didnt turn off. There was old food in the corner and stains running down the cupboards in the kitchen. There was dirt in the corners. The vent of the air-conditioner is absolutely disgusting. When I complained and asked for it to clear, they just looked at me and gave me a bottle of sanitiser. Sliding door didnt open it was so heavy the wheels were shaved flat. Come on get your act together or be honest with your photos!!

The hotel is nice and the location is great. Staffs were very professional. One detail is the carpet in the room. Need cleaning or remove it. Carpet is not a great things to have in time of covid19. Nothing else negative about the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location for Waikiki, directly across from International Marketplace and 2 blocks to beach. Staff was friendly and let me check in an hour early because my room was ready. Mahalo!

James! Honestly James had made my holiday, stay, vacation so much better, I was extremely stressed regarding my flights and had it not been for James helping me I would've been in tears and would not have enjoyed my vacation, he was extremely accommodating, comforting and reassuring, I cannot recommend anyone better to be working for this hotel, he really helps the customers and if there's any promotion available he is the one that deserves it

Great location, many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Walking distance to Waikiki beach. The room was big, simple and comfortable. Clean room but daily cleaning only upon request. Friendly staff.

Nothing , this hotel was horrible, it was dirty, and very dated. It does not have a pool . The beds are hard as a brick .

Stained carpet, broken refrigerator, terrible smell, Wi-Fi didnt work in the room, lamp didnt work, the whole place is dated and cheap-looking. Desk staff offered to cancel my reservation, but so far (1+ months later), management/owner has kept a significant portion of payment. Try Waikiki Malia. its about the same price and so much better.
